Nick was outstanding and very helpful

Andy provided excellent service with the repairs needed for my Buick. He was very professional, and explained everything clearly. I was particularly impressed with Andy knowledge and how he went above and beyond to make sure my Buick was repaired properly and all the repairs were done the same day.

Purchasing my Chevy Equinox at Sudbay Motors was a very good experience, one in which I will share and recommend to all that are looking to buy a new vehicle. The saleaperson that I primarily worked with, Mr. Luke Cosgrove, was a true gentleman in all aspects throughout the final sale. Told me road noise was due to feathering and tires needed immediate replacement as a safety hazard . Brought them to a tire shop that confirmed tires are in great condition and noise is common on this particular tire.

Where should I start?

On time

My loyalty to continually purchase vehichles from Sudbays is due to the outstanding team that I deal with. Tom in sales is second to none!! Tom does whatever is needed to facilitate a great experience not only to seal the sale but after the purchase he is always available as needed. Gregg in the service department has been there for me over the years any time service is needed. Gregg walks you through needed repairs and always gives you options when available. As sales manager, Kevin took a lot of the stress out of my most recent purchase. That means a lot as buying vehicles has certainly become a major purchase in this economy. And finally Ryan in the finance department cut right to the facts and was very transparent and made the final process very clear and easy. We are lucky on Cape Ann to have such an upstanding dealership that has served our community for many many years!!

Service took way too long. Too much focus on digital communication and not enough on face to face. I never feel quite welcomed in your service area.

Carl the mechanic and Andres,C/S were exceptionally courteous and helpful.

My check engine light was on for a few days so I made the appointment to have it checked out. I also asked that the tire pressure be checked which I don't think was done. I also pointed out a spot of rust on the inside of the driver' door frame. When I went to pick up the car much later that day, I was told I would have to get in touch with the body shop. My car was there all day. I think he should have asked someone from the body shop to have a look. Since it was later in the day and I did not know who to speak with or where to go, I just left. I guess I'll have to make some calls and try to figure it out.

This was my fifth purchase. Tom Abbott and the crew are amazing to work with.

As always, they got my car in at the appointment time for an oil change and a inspection sticker. Total time there was about 1 1/2 hours. Great experience.

Very helpful service rep

Work was completed in a timely fashion while I waited. The Service Rep was informative and let me know some tips when booking online as it was my first time there.

We paid for a tire to be replaced in August. They did not replace the tire causing us to bring the car in for diagnostics due to shuddering when driving on the highway. The dealership tried to gas light us into thinking we had done something wrong and it wasn’t until we pointed out that they fraudulently charged us for work they never did that they fixed it. Terrible customer service.

I came to Sudbay's to have my 2019 Equinox inspected. I found that there was little wait and I had a chance to talk for a while with Luke Cosgrove who sold me the vehicle. All-in-all a very pleasant experience.

Greeted promptly and kept informed of repair status. Repair was done as expected with no quality issues. Was somewhat disappointed to find snack wrappers on the floor of the vehicle after the repair. Not a huge concern over benefit of not having a mega dealership experience.

Staff was very accommodating andy and nick run a really efficient maintenance shop and don't do the hard sell on what they suggest needs to be done very every time I've gone. I'm basically in and out with no headaches and believe it or not, the old changes, less expensive than going to one of those jiffy lube type places

The staff at the dealership were very accommodating and serviced my car when I didn't realize that I was scheduled for a drop off service rather than a wait while being serviced appointment. However, I will say this was never communicated to me when I initially scheduled the appointment so I would recommend letting all customers know what kind of appointment they are signing up for at the start.
